Article Type: Known Error/Issue
Problem:
- In Bookings meetings, the Time Zone defaults to Pacific Time Zone, regardless of the preferred time zone.

Resolution:
Steps to Change Time Zone in O365 (Web):
- Log in: Go to Outlook on the web and log in - starting at https://saintpaul.edu --> Current Students --> Email (menu bar) OR Employee --> Microsoft365 (button)
- Click on APPS on the left panel --> Outlook
Use the image to follow along with the steps:
- Click the Gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner.
- Select General

- Select Language and time
- Verify Time zone is Central Time (US & Canada)
If it is NOT, click the Change button
- Select your new zone from the dropdown menu.

If SAVE is an option, click SAVE.
Verify that your Bookings meeting is occurring at the Correct Time & Time Zone.
