Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Reset
Service Description
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) increases the security of a user's O365 account by forcing the user to authenticate their sign-in by entering a code or approving their sign-in via phone call or mobile app.
If you lose your authentication device, your MFA can be reset.
At least two forms of identity verification will be needed for the reset.
The reset is usually processed within 30 minutes.
Once reset, you will be prompted to set up MFA again upon signing into your O365 account
