Service Description
Provides troubleshooting and support for hardware-related issues on college-owned devices.
Support includes diagnosing problems with computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, and other peripherals.
Assistance with college-provided hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty coordination, when applicable.
Depending on the issue, support may be provided remotely or in person.
There are no costs associated with this service, but hardware replacements may require department approval.
