Service Description

  • Provides troubleshooting and support for hardware-related issues on college-owned devices.
  • Support includes diagnosing problems with computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, and other peripherals.
  • Assistance with college-provided hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty coordination, when applicable.
  • Depending on the issue, support may be provided remotely or in person.
  • There are no costs associated with this service, but hardware replacements may require department approval.
