Service Description

  • Computer equipment that needs to be replaced, generally swapping older equipment for new equipment as a lifecycle replacement 
  • Computers (laptop or desktop) come with standard software; however, specialized software may be requested if it is essential to perform/complete tasks
  • There are no direct costs associated with this service; however, specialized equipment or software may need to be purchased if it is deemed essential to perform tasks

Service Available To

  • Faculty and Staff
  • Use this service only if directed to do so by a member of Information Technology Services
    • Supervisors, employees, or IT members may share this link with new device recipients to expedite the replacement process
    • If you complete this request and your current device is NOT eligible for replacement, your request may be denied
