Service Description

  • Faculty and academic support staff can request the purchase of academic technology (software) to support teaching and learning.
  • Complete the form after discussing with your Dean and securing approval.
  • There are additional approvals required:
    • System Office software risk assessments
    • Business Office contract approvals
    • Technology integrations
  • Plan at least one semester in advance to ensure all software requirements are in place.
  • There are no costs to use this service; however, there may be costs associated with introducing software to the college.
