Data Service Request (IRAE)

Service Description

• Data Services and Institutional Research offers a service to the institution that covers the following: 
  • Research and data analysis
  • Institutional benchmarking
  • Survey design and administration
  • Accreditation and compliance reporting
  • Strategic insights and decision support
• No approval is required for standard requests; however, some sensitive or high-level requests may need administrative approval.
• No formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) is currently in place. Standard requests are generally fulfilled within 5–20 business days depending on complexity. Urgent accreditation or compliance-related requests may be expedited.
