  • The service ensures that audio equipment is properly installed, configured, and maintained to support various functions such as audio playback, recording, and communication.
  • Support includes microphones, speakers, headphones, input and external audio devices.
    • We provide assistance with audio device installation, troubleshooting, and compatibility checks.
  • Request support through the IT service portal or by contacting the IT Service Desk. Depending on the issue, support may be provided remotely or in person. 
  • There are no costs associated with this service.
