Service Description
The service ensures that audio equipment is properly installed, configured, and maintained to support various functions such as audio playback, recording, and communication.
Support includes microphones, speakers, headphones, input and external audio devices.
We provide assistance with audio device installation, troubleshooting, and compatibility checks.
Request support through the IT service portal or by contacting the IT Service Desk. Depending on the issue, support may be provided remotely or in person.
There are no costs associated with this service.
