Service Description
DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING NUMBER OF REQUESTS FOR LOANER DEVICES, WE ARE REQUESTING PATIENCE FROM OUR STUDENTS AS WE PREPARE ADDITIONAL DEVICES FOR LOANERS. WE ARE WAITING FOR DEVICES TO BE RETURNED AND NEW DEVICES TO BE DELIVERED TO THE COLLEGE.
DO NOT MAKE MULTIPLE HANDRAISE OR LOANER DEVICE REQUESTS.
Please wait for an email regarding when you may pick up your loaner device(s).
IT provides Windows 11 laptops and hotspots for eligible Saint Paul College students.
- The service is on a first-come, first-served basis, and the request must start with EAB Navigate Technology Handraise
- To Access: Click on the link above to go to EAB Navigate 360 and sign in with your StarID and Password.
- Click on the PLUS (+) sign in the upper-right corner and click on "Hand Raise"

- Choose Technology
- Students will complete the loaner request form using their StarID@go.minnstate.edu credentials.
- Limited supply of devices are available throughout the semester.
- There are no costs associated with this service; however, failure to return the devices will incur costs, which will be applied to the student's tuition/billing account.
