Service Description

  • Account and Application Access provides employees and students with access to standard and specialized applications needed for learning, teaching, and College work.
  • Employees and students automatically receive Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other applications in the suite. All employees also receive Power BI Viewer access.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud requires full-time employees and faculty to use their College email address (firstname.lastname@SAINTPAUL.EDU), create a separate Adobe password, and not use their StarID password.
    • Students enrolled in a DGIM course receive an Adobe Creative Cloud license for the semester.
  • D2L application integrations and H5P require Minnesota State System Office approval.
  • Perceptive Content is not assigned to employees by default and must be requested.
  • Request Power BI Consumer access when exporting Power BI data is required.
  • Microsoft Copilot Premium is an add-on license charged to the requesting department.
  • Other specialized software may also require licensing, funding, and approval.
