How do users request enrolling students or staff into D2L courses?

Answer, Resolution or Steps:

  1. Download the Excel template provided.
  2. Enter user information — one user per row. Include the following fields:
    • StarID (Student/Staff ID)
    • TechID (system username)
    • Role (e.g., Student, Instructor)
    • Course ID (D2L course offering)
  3. Save the file in Excel (.xlsx) format.
  4. Submit the file using  D2L Administration Form.
