Question: How do I copy a course into my D2L Brightspace course?
Answer: Follow these steps to copy a course into your D2L account:
Log in to D2L: Go to your Saint Paul College’s D2L login page and enter your Minnstate credentials. (StarID@minnstate.edu and password).
- Navigate to the course you want to copy into.
- In the course navigation bar, click the Course Tools menu, then select Course Admin.
- On the Course Admin screen, click the Import/Export/Copy Components.
- Under Copy Components from another Org Unit, click Search for offering
- Once the source course appears, select it and choose which components you would like to copy (e.g., content, quizzes, gradebook). You can select all or specific items.
- On the Import/Export/Copy Components screen, click the Copy All Components button to copy everything into your course.
