• How long can I keep my email after I leave Saint Paul College?

Answer: 

• For Students: Office 365 (Outlook/email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive) access will stop working ONE YEAR after your last day of the last enrolled semester. 
  • Example: Last day of school - May 12, 2023 = Last day of Office 365 access - May 11, 2024
  • Information cannot be retrieved after access is terminated
• For Employees: Office 365 account access will stop working 30 days after your last day of the contract.
• We encourage you to make changes to your email and save your OneDrive documents before access is removed
• Save materials/documents from OneDrive
• Save or forward emails to a personal or alternate email

• IF YOU ARE CONTINUING TO ANOTHER MINNSTATE SCHOOL...

• You can continue using your MinnState account (StarID@go.minnstate.edu)
• Change your default college email to the new MinnState institution
  • This does not apply to University of Minnesota or private college transfers
