RESOLVED 5:00 PM - The air conditioning unit in the data center/server room has been fixed. All services and servers that were offline earlier today will be restored and made fully functional.

12:30 PM - The air temperature in the data center has stabilized, and the data center/server room is no longer overheating. Printing and S: drive (network shares) are available and functional. Some other non-critical systems and servers are still offline and will be restored once the air temperature is at the optimal temperature.

6/23/2025 - 10:00 AM – Out of an abundance of caution, we are limiting data center/server room operations to critical services only due to a failure in the HVAC system that cools the data center. The air conditioning unit in that area is not functioning, and the data center is overheating.
Please note: This issue is isolated to the data center cooling system. The building’s general HVAC system remains operational.
As a result, the following services are currently unavailable:
- Campus printing
- Access to the S: drive (network shares)
We are actively working to identify and preserve essential systems. If additional issues arise or the cooling system cannot be restored promptly, more services may be impacted.
