3/24/2025 - Launch of the Technology Service Portal

Greetings Colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the official launch of the Information Technology Service Portal! Starting today, all Saint Paul College employees and students will be able to sign into the portal to see their tickets, search the portal, access services and knowledge base articles. Through this initial launch, we have posted our most common services and will be building the portal over the next several months, while also paying close attention to the trends and needs of the college and our stakeholders. The goal of the portal is to provide a single point of contact for all things technical, whether they are services (support, troubleshooting, and general questions) or knowledge articles (how-to's for end-users). 

Through this initial launch, we have nine (9) categories of services:

  • Hardware, Device, and Peripheral Support
  • Network Support and Connectivity
  • Phones, Call center, Voicemail and Collaboration
  • Printer, Lamination, and FollowMe Support
