3/18/2025 - Turnitin service has been reinstated. The issue stemmed from an accounting discrepancy, which has now been resolved. IT has taken additional steps to prevent future service disruptions. Again, thank you for your continued support of IT.
3/17/2025 - No new updates/changes to share; however, the issue has been escalated through the account representative's manager to find a resolution. Thank you for your ongoing patience.
3/13/2025 - IT was made aware of a service outage with Turnitin services unique to Saint Paul College faculty. This is not related to a licensing issue; however, it will require working with our account representative to resolve the error(s).
