Greetings and Happy New Year!
The Information Technology (IT) department is excited to share the launch of the new Service Portal that will replace our previous Zoho portal. As part of this new launch, IT will have several phases, first starting with a new look and feel.
Using the Service Portal as our primary technology landing page, we will slowly phase our services to include Knowledge Base articles, IT Services, Self-Service ticketing, and Status Pages (for announcements, service outages, and updates). You can communicate directly through your ticket in the Service Portal (new) and through existing ways - email, phone, and walk-up.
- Our first phase is to move Knowledge Base articles to the new Service Portal.
- The second phase is to have communications through our Service Portal.
- Our third and major phase will be the official launch of our Service Catalog, where you can select from our IT Services (like a restaurant menu). When we launch this phase, we will offer training sessions on navigating and using the full Service Portal and Catalog.
