The following items will be an issue if your StarID password does not work with your email account but works in other areas:
1. Your password is out of sync with all the systems.
2. Your password includes consecutive letters that spell out a 'real' name or word.
You need to reset your starid password if you are unable to access your email, yet access to other resources is working.
1. It can take up to 30 minutes for your new password to synchronize to all the systems.
2. Use the Chrome browser for best results.

Student Loaner Devices
SPC actively enrolled students are eligible for loaner devices. The loaner program is based on technology needs. Students initiate requests through EAB and must submit loaner requests through the IT Service Portal. Additional information will be made available after March 2025. |
Technology and Tutoring Support
Support for academic technology used in courses is available both in IT and through academic support services. |
Service Status and Outages
Service notices are posted in the IT Service Portal and made available to all SPC students and employees. MinnState provide service updates are also available through the portal. |
