Fax Troubleshooting

1. Check to make sure the phone line on the fax machine is connected.

2. Pick up the phone off the fax machine to see if it has dial tone or not.  If it does not have dial tone then ask the Telecom Administrator (Alex Babin) to look into the fax line.

      *Note: On the KM Copier, tap on the pick up hand set 

3. If there is a dial tone then try to send out a test page to Fax Toy.  Put a page with something write on it and place on the feeding tray then dial 9 1 855 330 1239.  A confirmation page should print out within a couple minutes.

4. If the fax went through the status on the confirmation page should say OK.  You can also confirm that your fax went through by going to faxtoy.net.  You would see your test document there.
