- User with multiple cost centers can't print
Resolution
Q: User with multiple cost centers when printing cannot print. IT may need to add the cost center in Papercut.
A: Make sure you have PaperCut MF Client installed on your PC.
If PaperCut MF Client is not installed, you can install it from printsrv1
\\printsrv1\PCClient\win and double click the client-local-install file to install.
- If it’s installed, make sure it’s running. If it’s running, you should see the PaperCut MF Client
in the system tray at the bottom right corner of your monitor.
- If it’s installed but not running, you can click on the magnify glass on the bottom left to search for PaperCut MF Client. Click on the App to run.
*Note: Computer must be connected to saintpaul.edu or SPC-STAFF to print. IT may need to check the user’s cost center is added in Papercut.
