Resolution

Q: User with multiple cost centers when printing cannot print.  IT may need to add the cost center in Papercut.

A: Make sure you have PaperCut MF Client installed on your PC.

If PaperCut MF Client is not installed, you can install it from printsrv1

\\printsrv1\PCClient\win and double click the client-local-install file to install.

  1. If it’s installed, make sure it’s running.  If it’s running, you should see the PaperCut MF Client  in the system tray at the bottom right corner of your monitor.
  2. If it’s installed but not running, you can click on the magnify glass on the bottom left to search for PaperCut MF Client.  Click on the App to run.

*Note: Computer must be connected to saintpaul.edu or SPC-STAFF to print.   IT may need to check the user’s cost center is added in Papercut.
