Forwarding Email Setting

Although email forwarding email is an option, there are consequences that come with email forwarding. If you wish to proceed, please note that you will continue to receive forwarded emails even if you are no longer a student. In addition, you will lose access to your student email after 1 year of not being a student, and there is no other way to gain access back to make the necessary change; even if you are trying to access anything that was saved in your student email.

Make sure you are already logged in to your student email. If you are not, please view the Student Email Login article before proceeding.

Note:  Saint Paul College IT does not recommend email forwarding.  We recommend students, staff, faculty log into the Office 365 portal:  https://portal.office.com/ or https://www.office.com/ on a desktop or laptop.  You can also install the Microsoft Outlook app from the iOS apps store for iPhones or Google Play Store for Android devices.

 

1. Click on the gear icon in the top right of your computer screen.

2. At the bottom of the menu that just popped up, click on "View all outlook settings".

3. Click on "Forwarding".

4. Check the box and type in the email address you want to forward emails to.

5. Click "Save" at the bottom right of the screen.
