Over the past six months, IT has developed a process for device replacement and inventory management. As such, we have determined that you are either using an instructor station in a classroom or a shared computer and are not assigned an individual computer. Because of these findings, you will not be receiving a new device during the FY26 lifecycle replacement cycle, but will continue to use the shared or classroom device assigned to you. If you believe this to be in error, please contact your supervisor so we can update your computer inventory record.
