• How do I share my screen in Zoom Workplace? 

Steps

• This instruction is assuming that you are already logged in to your Minnstate zoom account and in a meeting. If you are not logged in, please follow the How to Host a Zoom Workplace Meeting article. If you do not know how to start a meeting, please follow the How To Host A Zoom Meeting article.

  1. At the bottom of the zoom meeting, click the green "share screen" button

  

  2. Select "Screen 1". This option lets the end user view what you are seeing.

  

  3. Once you have select "Screen 1", click the blue "Share" button.
