• Create a .pdf version of syllabus

Steps to Upload: 

1. Browse to vdi.saintpaul.edu.
2. Choose the option titled VM Horizon HTML Access on the right.
3. Sign in with your STARID and password.
4. Open a browser on the VDI desktop.
5. Browse to office.com and login.
6. Find your syllabus and save it to the VDI desktop.
7. Go to syllabi.saintpaul.edu.
8. Sign in and upload your syllabus.

Steps to create a .pdf

1. Open the syllabus in the program it was created in.
2. Go to File>Save As>Choose .pdf from drop down>Select Save
3. Or, Go to File>Print>Print to .pdf
