Simplify Your Workday with MyApps

How to get started using MyApps:

  • Click on the MyApps link. If you are not logged into your M365 account with your StarID, you’ll need to do that first.
  • Your MyApps dashboard will show featured Minnstate Apps available to all Minnesota State employees, including Workday; just click on the tile to open the app. If this is the first time you’ve logged into Workday for the day, you’ll see the familiar Workday login page.

  • There are also several rows of other available Apps. You can personalize your dashboard by arranging your frequently used apps in the order that works best for you (see example below); simply drag and drop in Settings.

  • Spend some time exploring My Apps and customize it to support how you work.

Reminder – What You Need to Do by April 25

  • We recommend you start using the MyApps page for one-click access to Workday and all your apps in one place. MyApps will automatically update Workday for you on April 25.
  • If you access Workday using a bookmark, update it to the new Workday URL on April 25, 2026: https://wd115.myworkday.com/minnstate/login.htmld
  • Workday will be unavailable during the transition from 10 a.m. CDT April 25, 2026, to 10 a.m. CDT April 26, 2026.
  • If you have carefully followed instructions for accessing the new URL, but are still experiencing difficulties, please submit a service request, including specific error message(s) and/or screenshot.
