Steps

• Overview

  You may be expecting a message on your office phone while away from your desk for an extended period of time. You can access your voicemail from any phone remotely.

  Issue

  In Office:

• Dial 1630 or hit the voicemail icon on your phone.
• Enter the passcode for the mailbox, and press #.
• Press 1 to play messages.
• Press 4 for advanced options/settings.

• Remote:

• Dial 651-846-1630 and follow instructions.

• Troubleshooting

  Please ensure to use the correct dial-in information from above to access your voicemail.
