Steps:

Overview

You may setup Office 365 email on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.

Issue

• On your iOS device, open the App Store and search for Microsoft Outlook
• Tap the Get button
• Once the app is installed tap the Open button
• You will be prompted to set up a new account
• Enter your email address
• Tap Add Account
• You will be presented with the 2FA prompt
• Enter the password for your Computer User ID and tap Sign in
• You will be taken to your Inbox where you can configure the Outlook app
• If you want Outlook to be your default mail app open the Settings app and navigate to:
  1. Outlook
  2. Default Mail App
  3. Choose Outlook

• Troubleshooting

  If you continue to have issues setting up your email please ensure to turn your device off and turn it back on.
