Question about Saint Paul College's current active logic

Body

Looking into the source student population file that gets data into EAB, we can state the following definitions: Active student: “An active student record in EAB Navigate can be termed as a student who has applied AND/OR registered in the last three semester, current semester and next semester.” Example: For 20245( Spring 2024) as current semester, an active student is someone who have applied/registered in Terms 20235, 20241, 20243, 20245, 20251(Spring 2023 to Summer 2024). Inactive student:” An inactive student record in EAB Navigate can termed as a student who has applied AND/OR registered in the last three years, excluding the one from the last three semester” Example: For 20245( Spring 2024) as current semester, an inactive student is someone who have applied/registered between terms 20215 and 20233 (Spring 2021 to Fall 2022). Above categories of Student Population in EAB should qualify following Application and Registration criteria: Application criteria: “Application status is complete and application result is accepted” or “Application status is complete and application result is pending” or “Application status is incomplete and application result is pending” Registration criteria: Student must be registered in a given term with at least one local credit at Saint Paul College.
