• Fix Outlook Email for Android

  FIX OUTLOOK EMAIL ON ANDROID AFTER THE DECEMBER TRANSITION OF OFFICE 365

  On or after December 19, you will need to delete and recreate your account in Outlook on your Android devices.

  NOTE: ILLUSTRATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS MAY VERY DEPENDING ON THE VERSION OF THE APPLICATION YOU ARE USING.

  Set up Outlook on your Android device with these steps:

  Step 1: Open Outlook on your Android device and open the collapsible menu.

  

  Step 2: Find the Settings gear.

  

  Step 3: Select your first.last@mnsu.edu account.

  

  Step 4. Choose Delete Account.

  

  Step 5: Choose Delete.  A follow up Delete button will be on screen.

   

  Step 6: Select Get Started.

  

  Step 7: Enter your StarID email address:

  
• Students: StarID@go.minnstate.edu
• Faculty and Staff: StarID@minnstate.edu

•  

  Step 8: Enter your regular StarID password.

  

  Step 9: Select Skip.

  

  Step 10: Select Skip.

  

  NOTE: IT MAY TAKE A FEW HOURS TO SYNC COMPLETELY.
